Bill Nandris
After reading archaeology at Southampton University (1991), Bill pursued another path and completed a City and Guilds qualification in boat-building at Southampton Technical Institute. This was followed by a season in Svalbard investigating glacial meltwater regimes.

Bill then joined Greenpeace UK as equipment manager, outboard mechanic and boat-handler, working in their Actions Units in UK, Australia and shipboard. He is a highly experienced/certified powerboat handler and instructor. In 2001, he was selected to become a member of Greenpeace's international RIB driving training committee.

Bill is a co-founder of Pelagial, and co-ordinates all our boat activities and marine logistics
